Description

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
Verify and reconcile inventory quantities against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization of stock.
Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, initiating purchase orders as needed to replenish stock.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
